About Us

The desk that moves with you

Work doesn't stay at a desk anymore. It happens on trains, in lounges, in hotel rooms, in the café around the corner. The gear hasn't kept up. You either carry a bag of single-purpose props — a selfie stick, a phone stand, a tablet holder, a laptop riser — or you go without and pay for it in a stiff neck and a flimsy setup that looks wrong next to your kit.

We thought there was a better answer. One tool, instead of four.

What we made

Alumatic is a single piece of aviation-grade aluminium that transforms into four modes: a Selfie Stick, a Phone Stand, a Tablet Easel, and a Laptop Stand. Folded, it's 181.5 mm long and slips into a pocket. Open, it's a workstation. It weighs 150 grams, holds your phone with a strong magnetic head, and sets up in about three seconds.

Nothing about it is a compromise. Every mode is a real mode — engineered, not improvised. 8 levels of height adjustment. A magnetic head that rotates 180°. Machined from one chassis, finished in gunmetal grey. The kind of object that earns its place in your bag and looks right next to the rest of your kit.

Our mission

To replace the clutter of single-purpose accessories with one beautifully engineered tool that adapts to wherever life and work take you.

You shouldn't have to choose between travelling light and working properly. So we built one thing that does the job of four — and made it well enough that you only buy it once.

Our vision

A world where your workspace isn't a place. It's something you carry. Where setting up to work, create, or film takes seconds, weighs almost nothing, and feels as considered as the devices it holds.

We're building the category no one else has claimed: premium and genuinely transforming. Not the cheapest stand. Not a desk ornament that never moves. The one tool that travels everywhere and does everything you need it to.

What we believe

Precision engineering. The numbers carry the argument — 150 grams, 8 levels, 180°.

Versatility. Four genuine modes from one device, not two with caveats.

Portability and freedom. If it doesn't fit in your bag, it doesn't earn its place.

Considered design. No feature stays if it cheapens the build.

What we'll never be

We won't compete on price. We don't make plastic gadgets. We won't add a feature that cheapens the build, and we won't call something a stand when it's built to move with you.

Alumatic is for people who travel light — and refuse to leave the good stuff behind.

One tool. Four ways to work. 150 grams.
